An evening of great food, laughter, and appreciation brought volunteers and ICU baby staff together at Bartaco to celebrate the people who make our mission possible. Together, they reflected on the families they have supported and the community they continue to build.

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was a special gift from ICU baby’s NICU Wellbeing Specialist, Leah Jayanetti, who hand-sewed beautiful ICU baby hearts for each volunteer. Leah’s thoughtful gift reflected the heart of our mission and demonstrated the compassion she shares with our volunteers. The handmade keepsakes served as a heartfelt reminder that every act of kindness, no matter how small, leaves a lasting impact on the families we serve.
