ICU baby was honored to receive a Lockton Cares Grant, thanks to a heartfelt nomination from Linda Elizondo, Lockton’s VP and Senior Manager of SE People and Culture and a former NICU mom. Linda’s connection to the NICU experience and her support for our mission helped shine a light on the importance of caring for families during such a vulnerable time.

The Lockton Cares Grant will directly support the expansion of ICU baby’s Mentor Program in local hospitals. This program pairs trained parent mentors with families currently in the NICU, offering emotional support, guidance, and understanding from someone who has walked the same path.
