The ICU baby App is the central hub for all of ICU baby’s programs—designed to connect, inform, and empower families throughout their NICU journey and beyond. With just a few taps, families can access the critical support they need in real time, anytime.

Created with NICU parents in mind, the App allows families to easily enroll in ICU baby’s programs, stay informed about upcoming events, and access emotional and practical support. A built-in digital journal helps track their baby’s progress, store photos, and keep notes or questions for the medical team—making it easier to stay organized during an overwhelming time.

Families can explore a curated library of NICU-related content, listen to the Beyond the Beeps podcast, and learn through our NEST (NICU Empowerment Support Tools) educational video series. The App also provides direct access to Parent Mentors, service request submissions, and announcements about special gatherings and support opportunities.
