At 1 Hotel South Beach, 10 team members volunteered their time to support NICU families through a Pack-a-Pack service project. During the event, volunteers assembled 50 ICU baby’s signature NICU Packs, which provide essential items and resources for families during their time in the NICU.

Their efforts help ensure NICU parents receive practical support and guidance during a challenging time.
